[78-L] Earl Hines' "Skylark"

I agree with you on Carey.

And yes, the arrangement is by Johnson. I asked him about this when I was
his student assistant when he taught one semester at Queens College. He
told me he wrote all of the arrangements for Eckstine. I'll bet he wrote
the arrangements of anything currently uncredited during that period for
Hines.
