I think the Carl's Jr. (Hardees in the east) ad uses the Bo Carter record "Pigmeat Is What I Crave":

The Nissan ad that someone else mentioned uses a re-recording of Bo Diddley's "Roadrunner", not the Chess original, and I'm not sure who does it.

Anyone see the latest commercial for Carl's Jr's' bacon/bacon/biscuit sandwich? They apparently used the sound from what sounds like a Lead Belly recording of "Pig Meat Blues" - not sure what it was since I heard it from outside where I was grilling (you guessed it... pork ribs), but it sounded like Lead Belly to me. When was the last time anyone heard a 78-era record on a commercial?
