[78-L] Setting new standards of awfulness [fwd]

Just hit another one where the last note had more to go but the engineer lifted 
the cutting stylus, then added an unattached dead groove (maddening since the 
flip side has a complete runout). Rudolph Gruen playing Griffes on Roycroft. 
Disc also needs to be sped up 3.5%. Roycrofts were cut by Cameo..not very 
carefully!
