There are plenty of acoustical Brunswicks I have where I swear the engineer was drunk - giving a "go-ahead" signal to Erno Rapee before the turntable was up to speed and then having no fewer than five speed variations over that same 12" side; stopping the turntable in the middle of a final chord on Leopold Godowsky so the chord sudeenly rises "zip" like a tape flying off the head - the list goes on. (and of course the whole "Light-Ray" adventure.) PC
