[78-L] Frank Sinatra

I have an English Columbia disc, Number L.B.104, of "If Only She'd Looked My Way", sung by Frank Sinatra.  This tune is introduced by the Duke of Edinburgh and sold in aid of the National Playing Fields Association.  I'm curious to know if this was recorded in England, (using the English Columbia Playback Characteristic seems to work very well), and any other info anybody might have about this record.
