[78-L] Unusual Julian Patrick 78

Just found an unusual 78 by Julian Patrick singing ANASTASIA with Don Costas and his orchestra.

It is unusual because the flip side is blank with only a plain white label.  The label on the playable side 
seems normal except there is no mention of a record company or of who might have made the record.
 
Anybody know what this is?
