Hill's version added another name in the composer credits Michel
Rivgauche, who probably wrote the French lyrics. Was his an adaptation
of the original song by Bill Shepard and Alan Tew? His name could not
have been left off the Loren English version if the title came from the
French. And looking at the rear of the new 45 being issued from the Mad
Men soundtrack, only Shepard and Tew are credited. EMI Music is the
song's publisher. http://www.insound.com/madmen/ So, now, which one
was first -- Loren or Hill? Both were 1960.
