[78-L] Paul Whiteman recording gaps [was Travelin' Light]

It wasn't really a one-shot - Whiteman did three recording dates in 1942,
one for Victor and two for Capitol with the same new band; he likely would
have done more for Capitol had the recording ban not started in August.
