[78-L] unusual Victor label

Those are all WWI vintage pressings, and that was a Patriotic series..as I say, 
Pol Plancon is a strange fit, although it might have been considered warlike 
(as if the Quebecois wanted any part of that). The Collectors Guide doesn't 
know there's such a place as Canada.
