Harlequin did issue 2 Cd's - Argentine Swing and Euroswing that culled some of this material. There is a need to reissue such titles - I have a lot of French and Argentine dance band 78's that prove to be of interest (a couple examples: Oh Monah by Breson's European Ramblers, 2 78's I have from a French dance band Jazz Polydor from France in 1935 did a couple of nice items or several 78's by Argentine jazz guitarist Ahmed Ratip comes to mind), that have never been reissued - this is IMHO very important historically. Brazil had a few that Harlequin did not reissue as well (Romeu Silva was a pioneer)
good idea, who want's to start this???
