Six sides is plenty of space for Mozart #40 at a reasonable pace, especially electrically.  It's actually quite short.  The very first recording, on German Odeon (1913), was six sides.  Even the Victor Concert Orch/Walter B. Rogers 1915 recording is substantially complete on 4, save for a couple of repeats and a big cut in the Andante.  PC
