[78-L] RCA Victor SLC catalogue number series 78s

Numbers 2 & 4 are from the Educational series, dances and music appreciation 
selections, same as the 45-5xxx disc discussed here the other day, so I can't 
imagine them being dealer demonstrators. #1 is from the Victory at Sea album, 
which they'd be more likely to want to promote, but.....!
