The Something-or-Other Kazoo Quartet on its gawdawful album "Kazoophony" got 
away with sampling only 7 seconds of "4'33". As I recall, that was the best 
track on the album, although it sounded suspiciously like John Denver's "Ballad 
of Richard Nixon" played backwards.
