A former list member is looking for an appraisal of his 78 collection..either to do the job personally or to validate the collector's own assessment, which is something his accountant has suggested. The collector is in Florida. Anyone have suggestions to get this done reasonably? (I've done appraisals a number of times but I'm in Canada.) dl
