[78-L] Artist names sought

Wondering why I couldn't find this one under Perfect..it seems that those 
listings on Ty's site don't show the monthly numbered issues, only those 
through 13161 for the race/country recordings. Melotone has the month-numbered 
issues but I could only get as close as the 18013.
