[78-L] 1950s US OKeh labels

I have images of this black OK label for 6985 and 6998 (Big Maybelle).
The original issues in the range 6943-7011 are purple, with the Columbia trade marks shown
below the label name (as on these black labels).
The next label type omits the Co trade marks, but remains purple.
Some of the last issues on 78 (7094-7099 known) have yellow labels.

The question of appropriate pricing aside -- I have never seen a 
black Okeh label, being more familiar with the purple. Was this a 
special series from OKeh?
