[78-L] Cook's Tour of Stereo, sort of

Okay, gang..what's the story on 2004sd, COOK'S TOUR OF STEREO, which seems to 
be turning up on a number of sites with all stereo tracks, but my copy of which 
has a paste-over track list indicating side 1 is mono and the disc itself, 
where side 1 is actually XX-1-A, AUDIO FOLLIES SAMPLER? Did someone screw up 
and press an incorrect batch of discs, and they decided to issue them with 
revised covers?
