[78-L] Columbia A-3000 educational series.

The appendix note on acoustic series issues lists A3301-3305 as dating from 
1920, with A3306 in 1921 (as well, A2802 through A2999 were 1920). So the jump 
in numbers had to be right at the end of the year.
