[78-L] removing 45 adapters

There's a method Mike Biel described here years ago..seems to me it involves 
turning the adapter counter clockwise (or clockwise, depending on your 
inclination) AND twisting it up at the same time. Try it on a disc you don't 
care about first..everybody knows how Beethoven's Fifth starts and ends.
