[78-L] Eartha Kitt Santa Baby (1953) 78 RPM issue?

Already found the ones on Ebay before I posted the request here. What I wanted to know is, was the 78 rpm issue sold with a picture sleeve like the 45 rpm issue is. Guess I didn't make myself clear enough on that.
