[78-L] Eartha Kitt Santa Baby (1953) 78 RPM issue?

Here are three copies of SANTA BABY by EK on 78 for sale on Gemm dot com.

Was this also released as a 78 in the USA with the same picture sleeve that 
the 45 had? Or was it issued without a picture sleeve? If so I'll post a 
Want It Now on Ebay as I have the 45 with it's picture sleeve but don't have 
the 78 although I did spot a New Zealand HMV 78 of it in a regular sleeve on 
Ebay just a little while ago....
