[78-L] Ann Sothern test

Seller calls it a 1932 Decca.  The American Decca didn't start until 1934. 
What are the chances Ann Southern would be on a British Decca?

Of course the "original brown Decca sleeve" he has with this record is
post-war and has absolutely nothing to do with this record.  Are we even
sure it is a Decca product?
