[78-L] posting 78rpm records on YouTube - help!

I think I figured it out.  Both Roger and I are correct.  Look at this

They are selling a CD from what seems to be a British reissue label One
Media Publishing Ltd. from the "Dave Cash Collection" who confused the
two Jimmie Rodgers and has BOTH on this CD!!
Plus there is another CD which is of the correct singer and has a bunch
of blue yodels on it.

With their logic, they would enjoin SONY from using the recordings!!!!! 
You could probably get them in trouble with Sony for their admitted
parallel importing of their recordings.  Remember, it is legal for an
individual to buy single copies of CDs from overseas, but NOT legal for
a company to import multiple copies for sale.
