[78-L] Convert a belt drive turntable to play 78's

Where's that set of instructions in MAD magazine that advised you to steal your
wife's lazy susan, hammer a nail into the middle, place it and a dog and a cat
on a conveyor belt, and harness the dog's tooth to play your records?
