I'm pretty sure Standard used outdated Columbia masters to make records so
80 sounds reasonable.

I note the Standard Talking Machine used Columbia parts to make their
players. Were both Columbia and Standard set for 80 rpm playback? It's hard
enough to adjust for the hole size when listening, but thought I'd see if
what speed to use.
