That... is a strange one. Might it have been someone's attempt at a... surreptitious copy? A wartime proof-of-concept for shellac replacement? I'll bet there's one helluva story behind that piece.

Holy [bleep]. WTF?!

No idea what it was intended for...that's the weirdest thing I've  
ever seen.

Even weirder -- both sides have VTM Scrolls. The regular 78s of those  
numbers have "RCA Victor Company" Scrolls. 22537 and 22565 are about  
120-160 numbers after the end of VTM...or so I thought...
