[78-L] More on the phantom bidder ^

If I check "won't ship to UK" would it do anything? Or would it affect all 
other eBay items I list? The other solution, unfortunately, is to stop listing 
calypso records.

By the way, I put a time limit on the guy's invoice, then listed both items as 
"second chance". One immediately sold for $1 less than el fake-o had posted, so 
better late than never.
