[78-L] Cold storage of 78s

Dry is the operative word here. I've stored thousands of 78s in my garage for
years, with no ill effects as long as they were away from the possible dampness
of the floor and anything coming in when the door was opened. This is not
advised for lacquer discs (although again, any I've kept out there over the
years have been fine, but the possibility exists for drying and cracking of the
lacquer surface).
