[78-L] Annie's Cousin Fanny

It's been a few years since I last heard that one (I produced it), but as I 
recall, they speak in the order named. Tommy Dorsey is definitely the one 
saying "Now I can have my Fanny..all to myself." Kay is the only female voice.
