Say what you like about Rosemary Clooney, but I met her several times, and
she was one of the sweetest ladies I ever met. She owned a piano once owned
by George Gershwin, which I marveled at, and lived in the house that Russ
Columbo owned until his death. She loved to tell stories, and showed me all
around her home. I was lucky to have met her.
