[78-L] V Discs, Matrix Number, Identify source, and EQ?

Not all that many were done by Columbia, and these will likely have XP matrix 
numbers (5 digit). A lot more were done by World, and these will have long mx 
numbers in the dead wax usually beginning with B (example: VD 437B, VP 1209 on 
label, mx B42276#4 in land).
