[78-L] 78-L list DNS lookup is running OK now

Seems like the DNS servers are all updated.
No one on the planet should have any trouble sending email to 78-L at 78online.com
  or accessing the web pages at www.78online.com

For the last 20 minutes the list was down for a complete backup.
The backup is to a backup server, and its 'backup' hard disks are rotated weekly through a bank vault.
