Thanks,  Nigel.  I figured Jerome had to be on it,  and Hy White makes 
perfect sense,  too.

How about my theory that Jimmy Rivers is actually Jimmy Rowles?  Anybody 
ever heard of a "Jimmy Rivers" on record before?
