[78-L] folded decca album

I've seen too many broken records in these foldovers. I put the discs in
regular sleeves and put them between two of the flaps, then put the whole thing
in a mylar sleeve. Worse are the ones where the attached paper sleeve tears at
the bottom..just try and repair one of those.
