[78-L] Churchill Speech - corroded metal disc

Okay, gang, I was kidding about the steel wool..thought that would have been 
obvious but you can't be too careful. Unless the lacquer has begun to peel away 
from the disc, you should be safe with something like Dawn, and a quick rinse 
and dry..
