[78-L] Morton Gould - South of the Border

A few weeks back Jeff Sultanof was looking for mp3s of the Morton 
Gould set South of the Border (which I had sitting on my hard drive 
as luck would have it). The 78s were set M-593 -- disks 4319 M to 
4322 M. I know that they showed up eventually as a box set of 45s (I 
have that but not handy), as well as a 10 inch lp ML 2015. The 45s 
duplicated the 78 set art work, the 10 inch lp used the generic pink 
Columbia 'column' cover.

My question is about further reissues. Was there a 12 inch lp 
re-issue ever with the 78 album set artwork. And was there ever a CD 
re-issue -- not that the world is begging for it.
