[78-L] recordings from "Pins and Needles"

Considering there hasn't been a comprehensive reissue since the JJA LP, 
and even that was incomplete, it looks like it is time for David to do a 
CD.  Can you get anyone interested?  I certainly would spring for it. 
  Anybody know what series and network/station the TV production was on?
