If you're paying for the service, there's nothing wrong with having 
arrangements in writing "just to be safe, y'know". But as you say, much of this 
is done on a handshake....I'm still waiting for the return of my original tapes 
of the Benny Goodman Stratford Concert, and the guy said he'd have them back in 
a week. That was in October 1985. And he's dead now. Let's not get into how 
many records we've lost when people have inconsiderately gone and died on us...
