I hope they're both all right and that your items arrive expeditiously and safely. PC
As we have all seen, Ebay is not a store. It is a place where private
individuals can sell items to people who want them at the best possible
and fair price. Yes, we can argue that it has been invaded by entities
that would take advantage of the forum, flooding markets. Fortunately,
ours is a difficult one for them to crack. You can't really practically
make gazilloins of Black Patties and sell row upon row of them.
I am in the throes of buying some car parts from Europe from a fellow
who owns a business that has been around for some time. The order was
placed 2 weeks ago and I have gotten emails, then nothing for days on
end. He has a good reputation, sold me a car a few years ago. But he is
overwhelmed right now with family and other problems. So here my car
sits in bits. A bit frustrating, but when it comes to dealing with human
beings, there are weaknesses we simply must allow.
