Dear friends and other folks,

Working as a legislator in Olympia gave me an earful. Some of it good. No,
not during the session. That earful is KBRD-AM, 680 on the AM radio dial.
They're rated by somebody, "9th best radio station in America." Why?

Well, who knows, but their version of Top 40 radio is a Top 18,000. That's
how many old songs they rotate, 95% of which were recorded before 1960. In
short, they play music found on old 78 rpm records. Just what I collect. Ah,
I thought, "It's nearby. Maybe?" I inquired, and here's the result.

My audition program plays on KBRD-AM today, Sunday, at 3:00 PM (PST). KBRD
also podcast, so you can hear it at KBRD-AM.org. This first show is pretty
much dedicated to music recorded, or about or mentioning Washington State,
even Tacoma, even Olympia, even . . .

If you can stand the misinformation, wrong titles, "P's" popping, and
stumbles, please give a listen and let me know what could be better.

There are plans for a weekly, Sunday at 3:00 PM show. If you listen, you'll
know it's a clutter of music from a cluttered mind. Enjoy,

Dennis
