[78-L] Discos Atlanta (Buenos Aires)

Attracted by the label, I purchased one of them in Italy. The 
interesting story is told here

but with some missing details: which company he made an agreement with 
(in 1913) and who traveled to Argentina as a recording engineer.
Any further information?
