[78-L] Concert Hall Society

I can list the F and G series since I have the 6th and 7th series catalogues.

The numbering was discussed here a while ago..was it ever established that each 
album was given a unique number? It seems to me that my duplicates of the 
Beethoven Songs by Dyer-Bennet had identical numbers.
