According to http://www.mainspringpress.com/caruso_opdisc.html
this was a US pirate label with the same name as the original German
export label.
Your disc has an S as logo - the Geman original seems to have had JR in
the same place.

Apparently the pirate label both used European pressings with a
paste-over label and European masters.
