[78-L] Symphony Concert Record

Hey Everyone - I was hoping someone could fill me in on the story for this 
label - Symphony Concert Record.
I picked this up last week as I've never seen the label before (I normally 
do not collect opera/classical).

The labels are obviously paste overs and someone tried to peel away the 
A-side label to expose a bit of the gold rim of what looks like an A series 
Columbia.
Is that the case? Is it the correct artist/title credited on the paste over?
Any info would be appreciated.
