[78-L] King Records Japan no, Korea?

update and clarification
the label seems to be in korean and the african american singer I 
mentioned was only to identify the song, the singer and orchestra are 
also - so says my Japanese friend - Korean!!!
(It's in a Brunswick Southamerican sleeve...)
