Chicago/Rochester, overnight in sleeper seats, twice. 2005 and 2010. Real cheap but you get what you pay for. And both times it was in all cars, as we had to walk through several to get to the dining car.
Europe, specifically Italy France and Germany, last in 2008. Spotless and pleasant.
