[78-L] Victor 19626 label scans? Please?

Could I trouble folks for a favor?

Like probably many of you, I've been searching (in vain) for a copy  
of Victor 19626, the initial electric Victor release. I can hear  
"Joan Of Arkansas" on YouTube (unfortunately, played on a Victrola  
rather than on modern gear, so the transfer is of little use), but  
the YT poster's pic of the label is blurry beyond recognition. If any  
fine list member happens to have a copy of this disc and can shoot me  
a label scan of each side, I would be most appreciative!
