[78-L] Imperial. Dance Band Query.

Not enough information. The "matrix" number you mention is most probably 
an Imperial control number and will not be the same as the original 
American matrix number. Look in the run out. Sometimes the US matrix 
number will appear there when not shown on the label.
With this in mind, a quick search shows "The One Man Band" was recorded 
for US Columbia by Ben Selvin ahO on 02/27/31. Maybe that is it - mx W 
151367, issued on US Co 2421.
