[78-L] Late cast albums on 78

I should mention that Ruppli also doesn't list DAU 957 (or 955 for that matter) 
and that there's that gap I mentioned between 957 and 999, so they could have 
jumped 42 numbers or there could be quite a lot that we're unaware of. Decca 
didn't use matching numbers for 45 or LP sets, unlike Victor and (when it 
suited them) Columbia. Let's hear it for Capitol. (Was Can-Can on 78?)
