Here's the list of titles from the Both Sides Now site:

'Sugar blues'; 'Honeysuckle rose'; 'Rose room'; 'Rosetta'; 'Blue fantasy';
'Beale Street blues'; 'Swamp fire'; 'Farewell blues'; 'Stompin' at the
Savoy'; 'Deep in a dream'; 'Ridin' to glory on a trumpet'; 'Black and tan
fantasy'.

Site shows date of 1957 for the LP's release (not to be confused with the
recordings' actual dates of course).
